  • Accompanying you to final detailing appointments
  • Standing in for you at appointments if you are not available
  • Acting as a liaison between you and the vendors throughout the entire planning process and of course on the big day
  • Negotiating prices with the vendors I have solid relationships with and assisting you with your own selected vendors
  • Being available to you for the smallest questions and concerns
  • Offering you unique ways to defy the ordinary and do things the unconventional way if you wish
  • Assisting you with issues of etiquette that come up that you may have questions or concerns about
  • Offering you hundreds of creative wedding ideas, styles, concepts, themes, cultural celebrations and ceremonies and traditions
  • Keeping you on track with your specific budget needs and limitations
  • Assisting in customizing your menu with creative menu selection and appropriate food / wine pairing
  • Ordering and arranging delivery and return of all requested rentals such as: unity candles, chairs, wedding arches, etc.
  • Preparing seating charts and diagrams, table numbers, place cards, etc.
  • Handling transportation and hotel arrangements for out-of-town guests
  • Assisting with planned activities and suggested activities for out-of-town guests
  • Coordinating the wedding rehearsal so that everyone feels comfortable with what they parts are playing on the big day
  • Checking and double checking all arrangements throughout the entire process
